Business Continuity Plan for Landlord Web Solutions (COVID-19)

We want to let you know that we are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely, and are taking every proactive precaution possible.
 

We are all experiencing the news on multiple levels – but are working to maintain business continuity while providing a safe environment for our employees.
 

We realize this health situation has been disruptive to many businesses across the globe and would like to share some updates about what we're doing to support both our customers and employees. 
 

Work From Home Policy
 

To ensure our customers' businesses remain supported during this situation, we've implemented a work from home program for all LWS employees working in our Toronto and St. Catharines offices.
 

Meetings & Business Travel
 

To provide a safe environment for our employees, we've implemented the following temporary policies.
 

Internal office meetings: Effective immediately, there will be no group meetings in either office.
 

Client or partner-facing role: We realize that some people can be particularly vulnerable to respiratory illnesses of the type caused by COVID-19. Therefore, we've asked our employees to use technology to complete tasks that typically would be face-to-face.
 

Business travel: All business travel has been cancelled effective immediately.
 

Our commitment to you is not changing, and we will continue to do everything we can to help you navigate this challenging time without any significant disruption to the service you expect from Landlord Web Solutions. 
 

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us for any support you need. And please forgive us if you hear a dog bark or children in the background, as our team works from home throughout the next few weeks.
