When we launched the new Rentsync Platform, we had one major goal in mind: always keep improving the experience. Well, our product team has taken that task quite seriously, constantly listening to feedback and continuing to make enhancements to the overall user experience for property marketers and leasing agents. So today, we're proud to share some of those product improvements with you.
In this update, we have made helpful enhancements to a number of key features within the Rentsync Platform, specifically for Ad Syndication users, including:
In order to ensure you are maximizing your productivity and using these features to their full potential, we have outlined the scope of these changes below. Please take 5-minutes to review these important updates (PS you'll also find direction to these updates within the platform itself).
The ability to customize the layout of your ad content and preview it before it goes live is kind of a big deal, so we've added "Ad Layouts" to our main navigation menu under "Ad Syndication" so you can access it quickly and easily.
In addition to the navigation changes, we've added "Ad Previews" to the top of the Ad Layouts page, allowing you to easily select which Ad Connections and which Property you want to preview your content on.
Finally, you now have the ability to create custom layouts and preview your content using Kijiji. This means that you can now create Ad Layouts & see Ad Previews using a total of 7 Ad Connections:
Ad Layouts/Previews were previously unavailable for the Kijiji Ad Connection, so you now can have greater peace of mind when you post content to this ILS.
In our first release, auto responders gave users the option to set up auto responder emails to all of your ILS leads, ensuring no lead goes untouched. A feature many users have embraced and leveraged to decrease time to lease, and fill those vacant units ASAP! That's why it was so important to make this experience even better, with even more functionality, giving users added control and customization.
Here are some of the new updates you'll see to the auto responder feature:
In order to make auto responders more accessible we've reorganized our navigation for quick access. You'll now see auto responders in your main navigation under "Ad Syndication".
You wanted more customization, more control, and an overall better experience. So, you got it! In the updated auto responders feature, you'll now be able to:
What does this mean? Need to add more context to your auto-responder emails? You can now select from 3 different options when sending an email, including: property email, a generic no-reply email, or a custom email, giving you more flexibility, customization and control over your auto responder messages.
What does this mean? Just like your "From Email", you'll be able to select which "From Name" prospects see in your auto responder messages, once again adding a layer of customization. You can now choose from the following options: property name, company name, or a custom name when sending your auto-responder messages.
What does this mean? Got writer's block? Not sure what tags to include in your text? We know coming up with auto responder emails takes time, that's why we've provided some help text to guide you along.
What does this mean? Don't want to send auto responders to ALL your properties? That's okay, we get that some relationships require more nuanced communication. That's why when you navigate to our new "Property Settings" tab you'll have the ability to select which properties get an auto-response and which don't by toggling them on or off. Plus, you can make changes any time.
What does this mean? Don't want ALL your ILS' to get your auto responder messages? That's cool too. We've made it easy for you to select which ILS' receive your auto-responder message and which don't. Navigate to our new "ILS Settings" tab to select which ILS' get an auto-response and which don't. You can make changes anytime for greater peace of mind and flexibility.
What does this mean? Well, this one is pretty simple. You'll be able to SEE your auto-response emails before you send them. Never send an email with a typo, missing information, or even worse, incorrect information again. We can't always be perfect on the first go!
