Here at Rentsync, we've been busy turning our user's valuable feedback into action, continuously enhancing the Rentsync Platform.
This year has been a journey of innovation for us and we continue to be full steam ahead. In the past couple of months, we've introduced new functionalities within the Rentsync Platform, keeping our momentum strong.
In this update we'll outline the following new features for the Rentsync Platform:
- Updates to Reports section
- Refreshed Navigation Bar
- 2 New Features for Rentsync Tours
- New functionality & payment processor for in-app credit card payments
Updated Reports Navigation
We created a UI revamp within our reporting navigation in the Rentsync Platform to make accessing and viewing Reports more intuitive. Understanding the importance of lead management in the multifamily industry, we introduced a dedicated reporting section titled "Leads." This new Reports section consolidates all related lead reports, offering a streamlined and comprehensive view of your lead generation efforts.
We also added a new reporting section for those who utilize Call Tracking in the Platform. The Call Tracking Report covers:
- Call Tracking overview page
- Calls by source
- Calls by property
- Call duration report
- Peak usage report
Last, users will notice new visual graphics that accompany select reports, to assist in quick glance summaries of the data.
Refreshed In-App Navigation Bar
Navigation within our app just got smoother! We've rolled out a new user interface for our in-app navigation bar, designed with user experience at its core. This update not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the app but also improves functionality, making it easier and more intuitive to find key tools and features.
Rentsync Tours: New Features for Enhanced Engagement
We're excited to introduce new feature updates to Rentsync Tours, our innovative tool that has been transforming the way our multifamily clients conduct their tours.
- Auto-Response "Follow-up": To help minimize the manual efforts of post-tour engagement, we've added an optional auto-response feature named "Follow-up." This automated message is triggered once a tour status is changed to "complete," ensuring timely and consistent communication with prospective tenants to get them closer to signing a lease.
- Virtual Tours: Recognizing the demand for virtual solutions, we've now included Virtual Tours as a Rentsync Tour-type option, for those who wish for an alternative to in-person tours. This feature allows prospective tenants to explore properties virtually, offering flexibility and convenience, especially in today's fast-paced and digital-first world.
Streamlined In-App Payments with Stripe
In our continuous effort to enhance user experience, we've made significant updates to our in-app payment system:
- New Payment Processor: We've transitioned our in-app credit card payment processing to Stripe, a leading payment platform known for its reliability and security. This change aims to provide a smoother and more secure transaction experience.
- Flexible Invoice Payments: Users can now choose to pay single or multiple invoices at once, offering greater flexibility in managing payments.
- Comprehensive Invoice Visibility: Access to all invoices, past and present, is now available within the Rentsync Platform and can easily be downloaded as needed. This update ensures that our billing users have complete visibility over all financial transactions with Rentsync.
