Jovie is a brand-new rental community in Calgary’s Carrington Green, designed to feel like a modern, welcoming home. With 1–3 bedroom suites set in a thoughtfully designed mid-rise, the project targets professionals, young families, and anyone seeking comfort, style, and community.
Rentsync led the project from naming through branding, digital strategy, and on-site engagement, ensuring Jovie stood out in a growing market.
Property Naming
We chose Jovie to convey a sense of joy and community, a bright, memorable name that feels approachable yet distinctive. It suits a building that's as much about lifestyle as it is about living space, and is easy to say and recall across marketing touchpoints.

Branding
Jovie’s visual identity mixes contemporary design with warm, inclusive vibes. We crafted a logo system inspired by modular architecture and layered texturing, using a neutral palette with pops of inviting colour. Clean typography paired with lifestyle imagery establishes a tone that’s both modern and homey - perfectly aligned with the project’s positioning.

Theme Website
Using the Maison theme, Rentsync built a website that feels clean, bright, and full of life. The homepage features a structured scroll flow—starting with an emotive hero, flowing into suite categories, amenity previews, and neighbourhood cues - all tied together with tidy navigation and responsive layout.
The theme’s modular structure suited Jovie well, and our customization ensured the site reflected Jovie's friendly branding and intuitive user journey. Every interaction is optimized for seamless browsing and effortless conversion.


Floorplan Navigator
Embedded within the site is Rentsync’s interactive Floorplan Navigator, customized for Jovie’s suite mix.
Renters can browse layouts by bedroom count, view pricing, and check availability in real time, all within a modal that mirrors the brand’s aesthetic. This tool adds transparency and trust to the decision-making process, while subtly increasing time-on-site and lead quality.
