Property Naming
Rentsync helped to create a brand identity that would feel elegant, bilingual, and emotionally resonant, starting with its name. The result was Serein: a name that evokes tranquility, harmony, and lightness.
Derived from the French word for “serene,” Serein speaks to the calm, elevated lifestyle the property offers.
Its soft phonetics and clean visual form made it an ideal choice to appeal to both English- and French-speaking renters in Montreal.
This name set the tone for every aspect of the brand that followed: sophisticated yet grounded, modern but natural.


Branding
Serein’s visual identity was crafted to complement the name’s quiet strength. We designed a custom lettermark and wordmark system inspired by the balance between nature and modern architecture.
The logo needed to work across digital and print applications - from signage to digital brochures, from community flyers to the leasing website.
The result is a versatile, design-forward system that reflects the property's calming aesthetic and refined tone.
The brand palette, typography, and graphic elements all reinforce Serein’s promise: a space where calm meets convenience, and design meets livability.



Theme Website
The Serein website was designed using Rentsync’s Sage theme, a modern, single-scroll layout that perfectly supports the community’s lifestyle-forward narrative. The design emphasizes whitespace, clean typography, and immersive photography to mirror the calm confidence of the brand.


This high-performance design gives prospects everything they need at a glance, all while reinforcing the elegance and harmony that Serein stands for.

Floorplan Navigator
To support suite-level discovery and reduce friction in the leasing journey, the site integrates our interactive Floorplan Navigator. Prospects can easily explore available layouts, view unit locations by floor, and access up-to-date pricing and availability, all without ever leaving the page.
For a new property like Serein, this tool is key to guiding renters through the consideration phase and driving higher-quality conversions.

Digital Marketing
