The property blends modern design with transit‑connected convenience, catering to renters who want energetic urban living without sacrificing comfort. Rentsync collaborated across creative touchpoints, from name concept through digital and physical marketing, to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
Property Naming
The name Station27 plays on its transit-oriented location, site history, and contemporary design. It’s dynamic, memorable, and reflective of the connected, active lifestyle renters here can enjoy. The name strikes the right balance between practical and aspirational, making it easy to speak aloud while also sounding fresh and energetic.

Branding
Rentsync worked to create a visual system that echoed the name's vibrancy. The logo features clean lines and stacked bars reminiscent of transit signals and the building’s modern façade. A bold, technical typeface is balanced with warm photographic accents to maintain a friendly, approachable tone. The palette employs primary colours to create a feeling of familiarity and foundation.

Theme Website
Using our Filo theme, we delivered a website designed for impactful visual storytelling and seamless functionality. The Filo theme’s modular, clean layout was customized to highlight Station27's lifestyle narrative and bold branding. The homepage features immersive photography overlaid with the “Life in Motion” tagline, guiding users through tour scheduling, floorplans, and a blog without clutter.

Special attention was given to mobile responsiveness and intuitive navigation, ensuring the experience is just as smooth on a phone as it is on desktop.

Floorplan Navigator
We integrated the interactive Floorplan Navigator into the Station27 site to enhance suite discovery. Styled in line with the brand, users can browse studio, one, and two-bedroom options, view live pricing and availability, and preview layouts within a branded modal. This tool simplifies comparison and encourages deeper engagement, helping prospects feel informed and empowered before making contact.
