Custom Website
To support Waverley’s ambitious lease-up goals and brand-forward positioning, Rentsync delivered a fully custom website designed to mirror the sophistication and energy of the community itself.


From the first click, users experience a visually bold, high-contrast layout, brought to life by kinetic visuals and layered textures that echo the neighbourhood’s eclectic spirit. Animation, colour, and movement are used deliberately, not just to dazzle, but to guide prospective residents through a smooth discovery-to-leasing journey.

Floorplan Navigator
We integrated Rentsync’s Floorplan Navigator for an immersive browsing experience.
This gave renters the ability to explore individual floorplans by floor, making their decision-making process more intuitive and engaging, which is especially critical for a new build without physical tours early on.

All touchpoints were designed to reinforce Waverley’s elevated but playful brand identity, from art-driven interior photography to the strategically placed “Find Your Beat®” call to action.
