Listing Score© is not similar to Walk Score. Listing Score is a unique score that measures the content, quality, and completeness of your rental listings. It is not a public score, and can change depending on how you optimize your listings. It is a metric you can use in your reporting to evaluate your marketing efforts. Whereas, a Walk Score® is a number between 0 and 100 that measures the walkability of any address. It awards points based on the distance to amenities in each of several categories including restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, schools and parks. This score is based on the location of your property, and not on how you market your rentals.
