1400 Verdant is a refined rental residence located in Calgary’s southwest. Designed for modern living with a natural edge, the property blends urban convenience with calm, understated elegance. Rentsync was brought in to shape the brand identity, launch a design-forward website, and drive early lease-up momentum through digital and print campaign support.
Branding
The brand identity for 1400 Verdant was created to feel timeless, grounded, and quietly sophisticated. The custom wordmark uses a sans-serif typeface with a subtle leaf detail integrated into the “V”, a quiet nod to the building’s proximity to green space without feeling overtly nature-driven.
The colour palette is anchored in deep forest green and near-black, softened with warm neutrals and cool greys to reflect a sense of calm and control. Typography blends elegance with modern readability, supporting both marketing flexibility and long-term brand cohesion

Theme Website
Built on Rentsync’s Sage theme, the 1400 Verdant website was customized to reflect the property's refined aesthetic. From the moment the page loads, visitors are met with confident whitespace, strong image framing, and a layout rhythm that supports exploration without noise.
The design choices were all adjusted to match the brand’s tone: modern, serene, and composed. The site is responsive and easy to navigate, with a flow that feels more like a guided tour than a brochure. It presents the property with clarity and style, while supporting the performance goals of the digital campaign.

Floorplan Navigator
To support a more intuitive leasing journey, Rentsync integrated the interactive Floorplan Navigator into the 1400 Verdant website. The tool was fully styled to align with the property’s calm, refined aesthetic, allowing prospects to explore suite layouts, availability, and pricing in a seamless, branded environment.
Rather than interrupting the experience, the Navigator was embedded as a natural extension of the site, giving users control without sacrificing design cohesion. For a property like Verdant, where layout and flow matter as much as finishes, the tool played a key role in converting interest into meaningful action.

Digital Marketing
To support the lease-up strategy, Rentsync launched a full-funnel digital campaign targeting qualified renters in the Calgary region. The campaign focused on both immediate lead generation and long-term brand awareness, designed to keep 1400 Verdant top of mind throughout the renter journey.
Campaign highlights:
- Google Search ads driving lead traffic with a Maximize Clicks strategy, then optimized toward Maximize Conversions
- Display ads used for retargeting and brand reinforcement, built in HTML5 to maintain visual integrity across placements
- Meta campaigns using carousel, story, and feed formats to reach new audiences and support re-marketing
- Strategic budget allocation to prioritize conversion-focused performance while building visibility
- Retargeting layers and audience expansion to continuously improve quality and efficiency over the campaign lifecycle
The campaign delivered a unified experience from ad to landing page, reinforcing the brand while maximizing response.

Print Marketing
To support on-site leasing and in-person inquiries, Rentsync produced a set of 81 individually branded floorplan sheets, each designed with the same level of refinement as the digital brand.
Every sheet featured a clean, structured layout with a hand-traced, furnished unit plan at the center. The subtle leaf detail from the logo was carried through as a visual accent, reinforcing brand recognition. Unit details, square footage, and suite positioning were all clearly presented, with contact info and branding neatly integrated for a professional, polished finish.
