Finale is a luxury rental community in the heart of downtown Montréal and from its earliest stages, Rentsync was brought in to help define how that luxury would be experienced, seen, and remembered. Working closely with the developer, we shaped every detail of the brand’s visual identity and digital presence to reflect a lifestyle of refinement and confidence, rooted in thoughtful, hotel-inspired living.

Branding

Finale’s branding was built around modern sophistication with European sensibility with the intent of striking a balance between premium and approachable. We created a bold logo system, typography pairings, and a restrained colour palette that conveyed elegance without excess.

The brand voice carries that same clarity: assertive, polished, and lifestyle-driven. From early brand direction through final visual treatments, every detail was designed to stand out in a crowded luxury rental market.

Custom Website

Finale’s website was designed as a digital extension of the brand: elevated, modern, and deliberately paced. We crafted a custom site experience that mirrored the property's sense of quiet confidence, with clean lines, bold photography, and smooth scroll transitions that guided visitors through an intentional journey.

Floorplan Navigator

To support discovery at the suite level, we embedded Rentsync’s interactive Floorplan Navigator directly into the user flow, styled and customized to match Finale’s brand environment.

Prospects can explore availability in real time, browse layouts floor by floor, and compare options in a way that feels seamless and intuitive. The tool added both transparency and depth to the leasing journey, giving visitors control without interrupting the overall elegance of the site experience.
