Built from the ground up, The Madeleine’s custom website strikes a refined balance between editorial storytelling and intuitive user experience.

The homepage opens with impactful visuals that evoke an elevated lifestyle, followed by carefully paced content sections that guide visitors through location, design, and leasing options. Floorplan Navigator

Rentsync integrated the interactive Floorplan Navigator to streamline suite discovery within the site. Styled to match the brand’s sophisticated presence, the tool allows users to filter unit types, view current availability and pricing, and visualize layouts, all within a seamlessly branded experience.

This responsive, in-flow interface added transparency and depth to the browsing journey, boosting engagement and enhancing lead quality.
