Rakotta is a Montréal-based residential real estate group with a carefully curated portfolio of rental communities across the city. With a strong foundation already in place, the company partnered with Rentsync to evolve its corporate identity and establish a unified digital presence, one that reflects Rakotta’s values and supports long-term brand cohesion across its properties.

Rebrand

Rakotta partnered with Rentsync to refine its corporate identity through supporting stronger brand consistency across its portfolio and laying the foundation for future growth. The goal was to express what already made the brand strong: professionalism, tenant-first values, and a thoughtful, community-minded approach, now captured through a more modern and cohesive visual system.

We created a refreshed brand identity that balances clarity with warmth. The horizontal logo offers versatility across formats, while the updated palette featuring deep green, off-black, and gold accents, conveys calm confidence. Typography was selected for both character and readability, supporting consistency across platforms.

To support long-term brand architecture, we also delivered a flexible visual system that allows individual properties to carry their own identity while remaining visibly connected to Rakotta. The result is a scalable, modern brand expression built to evolve with their portfolio.

To bring the updated brand to life online, Rentsync delivered a fully custom corporate website that balances clarity with sophistication. The design is spacious and editorial, using purposeful typography, consistent rhythm, and high-quality visuals to create a polished user experience from the very first scroll.

The site introduces Rakotta as a confident, organized brand with a clear point of view, while also serving as a central hub for property exploration. Individual buildings are showcased in a way that feels cohesive but not templated, giving each space room to express its unique identity within the Rakotta portfolio.
