Their new corporate website was designed to reflect that legacy while introducing a more contemporary digital presence that feels every bit as established as the company behind it.
From the first interaction, the experience balances confidence with clarity. Strong photography, generous white space, and refined typography create a sense of trust, while intuitive navigation and carefully considered page layouts make it easy for visitors to explore communities, discover available apartments, and connect with the information they need. Every page is built around clear hierarchy and purposeful pacing, allowing property imagery, community stories, and essential information to work together without competing for attention.
A restrained colour palette paired with modern typography reinforces the brand's established identity while giving the site a fresh, contemporary feel. Throughout the experience, thoughtful spacing, subtle interactions, and consistent design patterns create a sense of familiarity that encourages exploration across properties, corporate content, careers, news, and resident resources.
Property discovery was a central consideration throughout the design process. From the prominent search experience on the homepage to map-based browsing and streamlined property pages, every touchpoint was crafted to reduce friction and keep visitors moving naturally toward their next step.
