    Does the AI Leasing Agent disclose that it's AI?

    Yes. Every call discloses that the caller is speaking with an AI agent, in English and Canadian French. You can choose if disclosure is immediate or only when asked. 
    What are the prerequisites to use these AI features?

    Call Routing (IVR):
    Available to Rentsync clients with active Rentals.ca Infinity Network subscription - Base level and higher.

    Call Analysis:
    Available to Rentsync clients with active Rentals.ca Infinity Network subscription - 2X level and higher + have Building Stack account (any tier).

    AI Leasing Agent:
    Available to Rentsync clients with Building Stack account (any tier) + Call Tracking/IVR active + Rentsync Tours feature active.
    How do I get started?

    If you're already eligible for Call Routing - IVR based on your Rentals.ca Infinity Network subscription level, you can set it up directly in your Rentsync account.
