More Visibility Across the Rentals.ca Network
Helping renters discover your listings is the first step in generating leasing opportunities. Several new visibility enhancements have been introduced across Rentals.ca to help properties stand out and attract more renter attention.
Enhanced Map Visibility
Enhanced Map Visibility introduces new map pin experiences designed to increase listing visibility during map-based searches. Infinity listings now maintain persistent pricing visibility on the map, while eligible Infinity Max and Infinity 4x listings can be featured as "Must See" properties identified by a lightning icon.As more renters use map-based browsing to compare neighbourhoods and available inventory, these enhancements help increase visibility during location-focused searches and make it easier for renters to identify featured properties.
Enhanced Listing Visibility & Tile Sizes
Rentals.ca now supports multiple listing tile sizes designed to create greater visibility differentiation across subscription levels.Listings may appear in small, medium, or large tile formats depending on the package level associated with the listing. Larger tile formats provide increased visual prominence, more space for imagery, pricing, promotions, and renter actions, helping listings stand out throughout the search experience.
Large Tiles are available exclusively to Infinity Max listings, while Medium Tiles are available to Infinity 4x, Infinity 6x, and promoted ecommerce listings. Small Tiles continue to support standard listing placements.

Homepage Carousels
New Homepage Carousels create additional opportunities for listings to be discovered throughout the Rentals.ca and RentFaster browsing experience.
Three carousel types are now available:
Must See Listings
Highlights eligible Infinity Max and Infinity 4x listings based on location, helping premium listings gain additional visibility during renter discovery.
New Listings
Showcases listings added within the previous 30 days, helping newly published inventory gain exposure to active renters.
Listings with Promotions
Highlights listings featuring active promotions, making it easier for renters to discover available offers while increasing visibility for participating properties.
Company Carousels
Company Carousels introduce a new "More from [Company]" section on listing detail pages.
When renters view a property, they are presented with additional listings from the same company based on location, listing recency, and search relevance. This helps renters explore more available inventory while giving rental professionals another opportunity to showcase their portfolio.
Better Engagement & Leasing Insights
Generating inquiries is only part of the leasing process. The latest engagement enhancements help teams improve call handling, streamline renter interactions, and gain greater visibility into leasing performance.
Call Tracking IVR
Call Tracking IVR allows rental professionals to create customized phone routing experiences for leasing and resident inquiries.Teams can configure custom greetings, call menus, office-hour and after-hour routing schedules, bilingual routing options, and route-specific fallback rules. Calls can be directed to designated call groups, helping ensure renters connect with the appropriate team while reducing missed opportunities.
By providing greater control over how calls are managed, Call Tracking IVR helps improve response coverage and create a more consistent renter experience.
AI Call Analysis
AI Call Analysis automatically reviews leasing calls and evaluates them against customizable scoring criteria.
Each analyzed call includes an overall score, a summarized record of the conversation, key renter information captured during the call, and suggested opportunities for improvement. Leasing teams can also define the criteria most important to their organization, such as tour booking attempts, contact information collection, introductions, next steps, and objection handling.
These insights help teams identify coaching opportunities, improve leasing consistency, and gain greater visibility into renter interactions without manually reviewing every call.
Tours Lite
Tours Lite provides a simplified tour request experience directly within the lead submission process.
Prospective renters can submit their preferred tour dates and times while expressing interest in a listing, giving leasing teams additional context during follow-up conversations.
Tours Lite is designed for rental professionals looking to streamline tour requests across Rentals.ca and RentFaster and serves as a simplified alternative for teams that do not require the more extensive scheduling, automation, and tour management capabilities available in the full Rentsync Tours product.

Rent Analyzer
Rent Analyzer is built directly in Rentsync, allowing professionals to evaluate pricing before publishing or updating a unit.
Using unit characteristics such as bedroom count, bathroom count, square footage, location, and asking rent, Rent Analyzer compares listings against similar inventory currently available in the market.
