No. AI can handle repetitive first-touch and review work while your leasing team remains involved in the conversations, decisions and relationships that need a person. Anything the AI Leasing Agent can’t or shouldn’t handle can be passed back to your team.

Does the AI Leasing Agent disclose that it's AI?

Yes. Every call discloses that the caller is speaking with an AI agent, in English and Canadian French. You can choose if disclosure is immediate or only when asked.

What are the prerequisites to use these AI features?

Call Routing (IVR):
Available to Rentsync clients with active Rentals.ca Infinity Network subscription - Base level and higher.

Call Analysis:
Available to Rentsync clients with an active Rentals.ca Infinity Network subscription, 2X level and higher. Additional setup may be required depending on the properties being enrolled.

AI Leasing Agent:
Requires Call Tracking/IVR and Rentsync Tours to be enabled for participating properties.

How do I get started?

If your properties are eligible for Call Routing based on your Rentals.ca Infinity Network subscription level, you can set it up directly in your Rentsync account.
