Upliv brings a growing collection of Canadian rental communities together under a single, recognizable brand. Designed to reflect a modern, welcoming approach to rental living, the project combined a new visual identity with a custom corporate website that creates a consistent experience across every resident touchpoint.
From brand development through to digital execution, the focus was on creating a cohesive identity that feels approachable, memorable, and built to grow alongside the portfolio.
Branding
Upliv's identity was developed around a simple but meaningful idea: home should feel welcoming from the very first interaction. Inspired by the client's vision, the logo incorporates a subtle smile within the wordmark, creating a distinctive visual element that communicates warmth, optimism, and a sense of belonging without overwhelming the brand's clean, contemporary aesthetic.
A carefully balanced colour palette of soft blues, deep navy, and neutral tones reinforces trust and clarity while allowing photography and property marketing to remain the focal point. Together, these elements create a flexible identity that feels equally at home across digital experiences, signage, print collateral, and future brand applications.

Built on Rentsync's Skylark website theme, the Upliv website demonstrates how a flexible foundation can be transformed into a distinct brand experience. Every page was carefully tailored to reflect Upliv's visual identity, creating a cohesive digital presence that feels considered and unmistakably its own.
Large-scale photography, generous spacing, and a restrained colour palette create an inviting first impression, while thoughtful content hierarchy guides visitors naturally from portfolio-wide browsing to individual property details. The result is a polished experience that balances consistency across the brand with the unique character of each community, making it easy for prospective residents to explore, compare, and take the next step.
